MediaTek denies AI server chip partnership with Google

MediaTek Inc., the largest chip designer in Taiwan, on Monday denied a recent report that claimed the company was partnering with Google Inc. to work together on an artificial intelligence server chip development and had received large orders from the U.S. tech giant.
