Two foreign brokerages have lowered their target prices on shares of Taiwan-based integrated circuit designer MediaTek Inc., citing Washington's decision to tighten sanctions against Chinese telecom equipment giant Huawei Technologies Inc., one of the major clients of the Taiwanese chip supplier.
