Formosa Plastics Group (FPG), the nation's largest industrial conglomerate, said the operation of its no. 1 furnace at the Formosa Ha Tinh steel mill in Vietnam, scheduled to go online at the end of 2015, could be delayed if the company's Chinese workers fail to return to work in two months, the group's chairman said Tuesday.
