Tsai Eng-meng tops Forbes list of Taiwan's richest people

Taiwanese food tycoon Tsai Eng-meng, aged 56, remains the richest person in Taiwan, with a net worth of US$10.6 billion, according to the latest issue of Forbes Asia magazine.
