Heavy machinery to be deployed at quake sites: Hualien County head

Heavy machinery and equipment will be deployed at three sites to clear rubble in the aftermath of the earthquake that hit Hualien County in eastern Taiwan late Tuesday, Hualien County Magistrate Fu Kun-chi (傅崐萁) said Thursday.
