President Tsai congratulates president-elect of Paraguay

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) has extended her congratulations to the president- and vice president-elect of Paraguay, which held its presidential election over the weekend, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Monday.
