Rescue workers search for survivors through the night

First responders on rubber dinghies conducted an overnight search for flood victims that continued into Wednesday in Hualien County in eastern Taiwan.\nGuangfu Township was inundated with floodwaters after Typhoon Ragasa brought heavy rain and caused a barrier lake to overflow. More than 100 residents were reported missing due to the disaster. At least 14 have died.
