Taiwan Army conducts live-fire exercise in Taitung

Taiwan’s Army staged a live-fire drill in Taitung County in southeastern Taiwan on Wednesday, simulating a response to an attempted amphibious landing by enemy forces. During the exercise in Taimali Township, howitzers, mortars and machine guns opened fire in sequence, with tanks also taking part in the drill.
