Taiwan's indigenous defense submarine begins fourth sea trial

Taiwan's first indigenous submarine, the Narwhal, also known as Hai Kun, began its fourth sea trial Thursday, departing from a container port at Kaohsiung Harbor. Nearby, military enthusiasts waved the Republic of China (Taiwan) flag and held banners in support of the project.
