Chinese 'military unification' influencer to be forcibly deported from Taiwan

A Chinese influencer known by her Douyin nickname Xiao Wei (小微), who lives in Taiwan with her Taiwanese husband, was taken to Taoyuan International Airport on Tuesday to be forcibly deported by Taiwan's National Immigration Agency. She will be the third Chinese influencer to have been deported from Taiwan in a week for advocating "military unification" -- and the first to be removed by force.
