Overnight low of 11°C forecast for Hsinchu, Miaoli; mostly sunny Tuesday

Hsinchu and Miaoli are forecast to see temperatures drop to a low of 11 degrees Celsius overnight before the weather in most parts of Taiwan turns sunny, with daytime highs rising to above 20 degrees, according to the Central Weather Administration.
