Second day of rime ice on Yushan as temperatures dip to minus 8

Rime ice formed for a second day on Yushan Thursday, as temperatures on the 3,955-meter peak, also known as Jade Mountain, dipped below minus 8 degrees, according to the Central Weather Administration (CWA).
