Yunlin County Councilor Chen Fang-ying (陳芳盈) on Thursday accused TV pundit Chu Kai-hsiang (朱凱翔) of mobilizing supporters to bully her on the internet after she accused Chu of sexual misconduct on social media earlier this week.
