Fair observing conditions forecast for lunar eclipse

Astronomy buffs across Taiwan have a good chance of seeing a total lunar eclipse on Wednesday, which will also coincide with the fullest full moon of the year, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Tuesday.
