Paper tableware recycling to be mandatory at food outlets: EPA

Taiwan's Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) is preparing to issue a notice this month mandating cafeterias and boxed meal suppliers make it possible for customers to recycle waste paper tableware, the agency said Monday.
