Peripheral of Typhoon Yutu to bring rain to parts of Taiwan

Heavy rain can be expected in parts of northern and eastern Taiwan starting Tuesday afternoon until the weekend due to the combined effect of seasonal northeasterly winds and the periphery of Typhoon Yutu, the Central Weather Bureau said.
