Central Taiwan hit by strongest earthquake this year (update 1)

Sporadic reports of injuries have been emerging in the wake of a magnitude 6.3 earthquake, the strongest in Taiwan this year, which jolted the central part of the country at 1:43 p.m. Sunday.
