Ko open to talks with KMT chairman, presidential aspirants

Taiwan People's Party (TPP) Chairman Ko Wen-je (柯文哲), who recently ruled out the possibility of being anyone's running mate in next year's presidential election, said Thursday he would be willing to talk with opposition political camps to work out a winning strategy.
