Paraguayan president-elect vows to keep Taiwan ties: VP Lai

Paraguayan President-elect Santiago Peña has pledged that his administration will maintain diplomatic ties with Taiwan, Vice President Lai Ching-te (賴清德) told Taiwanese expatriates in Asunción on Monday.
