Ex-U.S. official calls for strengthened 'asymmetric diplomacy'

Taiwan should continue engaging with the international community as a form of "asymmetric diplomacy," former U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Russel told a security forum in Taipei on Tuesday.
