Vice Foreign Minister Yui meets with President-elect Peña in Paraguay

Vice Foreign Minister Alexander Yui (俞大㵢) congratulated Paraguayan President-elect Santiago Peña and invited him to visit Taiwan during a meeting in the South American country Wednesday, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
