Spanish congressional delegation arrives in Taiwan, 1st in 3 years

A delegation from the lower house of Spain's legislative branch, the Congress of Deputies, arrived in Taiwan Tuesday for a five-day visit, making it the first group from Spain's Congress to visit Taiwan in over three years, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
