Simon Chang reclaims Taoyuan for the KMT

Simon Chang (張善政) of the Kuomintang (KMT) declared victory in Taoyuan's mayoral election Saturday evening, taking back the special municipality that has been governed by the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) since 2014.
