KMT Taoyuan mayor hopeful denies plagiarism accusations

Former Premier Simon Chang (張善政) Tuesday denied allegations that he plagiarized a research paper as part of a project he applied to undertake from the Council of Agriculture (COA) while serving as vice president of the technology company Acer Inc.
