Calling China's launches of ballistic missiles in its recent military exercises earlier this month "unacceptable," Japanese parliamentarian Keiji Furuya, who is on a three-day visit to Taiwan, said Tuesday during a meeting with President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) that Beijing's ambition of changing the status quo in the Taiwan Strait must be stopped.
