Han Kuo-yu makes comeback as author, charity chairman

Former Kaohsiung Mayor Han Kuo-yu (韓國瑜) made his first major public appearance Sunday since being recalled last year, attracting thousands of fans to a new book launch, where he also announced the establishment of a charity he chairs.
