Full text of President Tsai's 2022 New Year Day's address

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) delivered her 2022 New Year's Day address Saturday, in which she outlined the four pillars of this year's plan for stable governance: continuing global engagement, maintaining economic momentum, strengthening social security network, and safeguarding the nation's sovereignty.
