Germany says Taiwan-BioNTech negotiations out of its hands

Germany's top envoy to Taiwan on Wednesday said whether Taiwan and Germany's BioNTech can reach a deal on COVID-19 vaccines is out of the hands of his government, even if the government is doing its best to facilitate an agreement.
