Taiwan diplomats in U.S. get upgraded tax exemption card

The personal tax exemption card given to Taiwan foreign mission personnel in the United States is now being issued directly by the U.S. Department of State, Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Monday, confirming media reports.
