MND confirms minor air mishap involving 2 IDF fighter jets

The Ministry of National Defense (MND) confirmed to the media Monday that two of its indigenous defense fighter (IDF) jets experienced a minor mishap during a tactical training mission Aug. 19, but both planes were able to complete emergency landings at the Ching Chuan Kang air base in Taichung, central Taiwan following the incident.
