President mum on whether he will address human rights in Xi meet

President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) did not say Thursday whether he will address the issue of human rights in China during his upcoming meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping (習近平) in Singapore, but pointed out that he already raises the subject every year.
