Honduran ambassador says weekend accident was no hit and run

Honduras Ambassador to Taiwan Rafael Fernando Sierra Quesada said Tuesday that he did not call the police immediately after a car accident on the weekend because he was trying to help the teenage Taiwanese scooter rider who ran into his car.
