Flood on the Tracks

Taiwan Railway tracks are seen flooded following heavy rain in Yilan Tuesday afternoon. After the downpour, train traffic between Xinma and Su'ao stations was briefly halted at 2:32 p.m., before resuming at reduced speeds one hour later, as the water began to recede.
