A zoetrope depicting Hong Kong artist Kacey Wong (黃國才) held at gunpoint is installed at Jing-Mei White Terror Memorial Park in New Taipei on Sunday. This year's Human Rights Festival, being held from Nov. 19 to Dec. 10, features several of Wong's works recreating scenes of the 2019 protests in Hong Kong against a proposed amendment to the city's extradition law.
