Migrant worker band voices anger through music

Established just before the 2022 migrant workers rally, Indonesian punk rock band Southern Riot, formed by Rudi, Dandy, Vai, and Boby, creates and performs rock songs to advocate for Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan. They hope their music will raise awareness and lead to better protection for migrant workers by the Taiwanese government and relevant parties.
