TANG PRIZE/Voting age referendum success will engage the young: Tang Prize winner

The winner of the Tang Prize in Rule of Law in 2022, Cheryl Saunders, believes that if Taiwan's upcoming referendum on a proposed constitution amendment to lower the voting age from 20 to 18 is successful, this will encourage more young people to get engaged in constitutional change.
