Number of workers in NT$30,000 pay bracket drops to new low in Taiwan

The number of employees in Taiwan earning less than NT$30,000 (US$952) a month has dropped to a record low, as the government continues its efforts to raise the minimum wage nationwide, according to the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS).
