COST OF LIVING/Consumer confidence weakens for 2nd straight month in September

Taiwan's consumer confidence index (CCI) weakened for the second consecutive month in September as all six sub-indexes in the CCI moved lower from a month earlier, a survey released by National Central University (NCU) showed Wednesday.
