U.S.-Taiwan trade talks give Taiwan equal footing in bilateral trade: Deng

The second round of negotiations under the U.S.-Taiwan Initiative on 21st-Century Trade have placed Taiwan on an equal footing with the U.S. for future bilateral trade cooperation, Minister Without Portfolio John Deng (鄧振中) said on Tuesday.
