Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the world's largest contract chipmaker, has become one of the key players joining hands to co-establish an industry consortium -- the Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express (UCIe) -- led by U.S.-based semiconductor giant Intel Corp.
