As Tsai wins reelection, Japan brokerage sees Taiex hit 12,830 points

A Japanese brokerage said Monday that the benchmark weighted index on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, or the Taiex, is expected to hit 12,830 points this year as President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) won her second term Saturday.
