Northeast Asia sees surging demand in airplane replacement: Boeing

Over two-thirds of all new airplane deliveries in Northeast Asia will be to replace older and less-efficient airplanes currently in service due to the maturity of the market in the region, particularly in Taiwan, a senior Boeing executive said last week in Taipei.
