Terry Gou (郭台銘), founder and chairman of Taiwan's Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. (鴻海), said Friday that his company is expected to sign an agreement with Japan's Sharp Corp. in late February on a rescue plan proposed by the Taiwanese manufacturer for the financially struggling electronics firm.
