Shares of Harvatek Corp., one of Taiwan's LED packaging and testing services providers and LED lighting makers, took a beating Thursday morning after U.S.-based LED chip supplier Cree Inc. filed a lawsuit accusing the Taiwanese firm of infringing upon its patents, dealers said.
