Local hog farmers should process pigswill at a temperature of 90 degree Celsius or higher for an hour or shift to the use of crop-based feed ingredients to minimize the chance of an outbreak of African swine fever (ASF) in Taiwan, Premier Lai Ching-te (賴清德) said Sunday.
