Lam Wing-kee (林榮基), a Hong Kong bookseller who went missing in 2015 and resurfaced after eight months of detention in China, arrived in Taiwan Tuesday to attend the 2017 Taipei International Book Exhibition scheduled to take place Feb. 8-13.
