Lin Join-sane (林中森), chairman of Taiwan's Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF), has canceled his planned visit to China and has informed the relevant Chinese agencies of his decision, SEF Vice Chairman and spokesman Chou Jih-shine (周繼祥) said Thursday.
