Taiwan's pursuit of true equality continues

As the world marks International Women's Day on Friday, the spotlight is on women and gender equality. However, in Taiwan, despite laws enacted in schools and workplaces in a bid to stamp out discrimination, numerous challenges still face the country as it works towards its goal of achieving true gender equality.
