Taiwanese hurdler breaks national record twice, but fails to reach finals

Taiwanese hurdler Chen Kuei-ru (陳奎儒) improved on his national record twice in a day, but failed to reach the finals of the men's 60-meter sprint hurdles at the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Serbia on Sunday.
