Heavy rain forecast for parts of Taiwan; Taipei hits 38.2°C

Heavy rain was forecast for 11 counties and cities in Taiwan on Sunday afternoon, while the temperature hit 38.2 degrees Celsius in Taipei's Shilin District at 2 p.m., according to the Central Weather Administration (CWA).
